Duette and Pleated Blinds
Duette and Pleated blinds are an attractive and versatile alternative to a Venetian or Roller blind. Featuring slim top and bottom rails that draw up to the top of the window neatly when not in use, they take up less room compared to other types of blind, while still granting a room a smart, muted shading effect.
Duette blinds provide a similar style to Pleated blinds but with much greater thermal protection and no visible cords. The honeycomb design of these blinds ensures that your room is kept at a desirable temperature whilst still allowing light to softly filter through.
Duette and Pleated blinds work particularly well in roof windows, conservatories and shaped windows as they are uniquely designed to be rebated between glazing bars, right up to the glass, so that even small fanlight windows can have individually opening blinds, creating a wonderful built-in appearance. Ideal for tilt and turn windows. Excellent for solar control. They can open from the top or bottom or even both to provide maximum flexibility and privacy in any sector of the window.
Can also be fitted using the Perfect fit or Intu systems.
